Couple Counselling & Marriage Therapy

Every relationship goes through hard seasons.
You do not have to navigate this one alone.

Whether it is arguments that go in circles, distance that has crept in quietly, or a decision neither of you can make alone, couple counselling gives you a neutral space and practical tools. In person at JP Nagar, Bengaluru, or online.

Does This Feel Familiar?

What couples bring to their first session

Seeking counselling is not an admission that your relationship has failed. It is a decision to work on it. These are some of the things couples tell us first.

Conversations that start small keep turning into the same argument.

Lately, you feel more like roommates than partners.

Trust has been shaken, and you are unsure how to rebuild it.

You disagree about money, family, or parenting more often than you would like.

One or both of you has wondered about separation, but you want to give this a real chance.

A short, private conversation. No commitment needed.

Recognising the Signs

Signs your relationship may need support

Every couple argues. What matters is the pattern. Noticing a few of these is not a verdict on your relationship. It is a reason to get support early.

The Same Fight on Repeat
Feeling Unheard
Silent Treatment for Days
Criticism & Blame
Walking on Eggshells
Avoiding Difficult Topics
Emotional Distance
Loss of Intimacy
Trust Issues
Feeling Lonely Together
Living Parallel Lives
Resentment Building Up
If several of these feel familiar, a few structured sessions can change how you talk to each other.

How Couple Counselling Works Here

A neutral space, not a courtroom

How Couple Counselling Works Here A neutral space, not a courtroom Couple counselling is not about deciding who is right. It is about understanding the pattern the two of you have fallen into, and learning a different way to respond to each other. The therapist works for the relationship, not for either partner.

No taking sides Both partners are heard equally. The focus stays on the pattern between you, not on blame.
Structured sessions Each session has a focus, so difficult conversations move forward instead of going in circles.
Practical tools Communication and conflict skills you practice between sessions, in real everyday moments.

FAQs

Questions people ask before their first session

Do we both need to attend?
Attending together is ideal, but not required to start. Many couples begin with one partner coming alone, and the other joins when they feel ready. Progress is possible either way.
No. The therapist’s client is the relationship. Both partners are heard equally, and the focus stays on understanding the pattern between you rather than assigning blame.
Yes. Everything discussed stays within the sessions, handled in line with professional clinical standards. Nothing is shared with family members or anyone else.
No. We work with married couples, engaged couples preparing for marriage, partners in long-term relationships, and couples navigating long distance.
It depends on what you are working through and how long the patterns have been in place. After the initial evaluation, the therapist will discuss a realistic expectation with you, and review it openly as you go.
Yes. Sessions are available in-person at JP Nagar, Bengaluru, and via secure video. Online sessions also work well when partners are in different cities.
Counselling can still help. Some couples use sessions to make that decision with clarity rather than in conflict, or to part ways respectfully, especially when children are involved.
Fees depend on the format and frequency of sessions. We share them clearly in your first conversation, before you commit to anything. Message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through the options.
